Painting decorating & general property maintenance
An opportunity is available for a painter & decorator to join a professional property maintenance company working in the Nottingham & Derbyshire area. Must be reliable trustworthy and hard working , a current driving licence, own tools and transport would be an advantage but not essential.
The ideal candidate would ;-
Have to ability to attain high standards complete projects within set timescales and be committed to delivering a high level of customer service
Be able to work confidently independently when required but also as part of a professional team.
Be smart & professional in appearance a good communicator and well organized at all times.
Be flexible and willing to work long hours when required
Be prepared to travel and be in the vicinity of junction 26 of the M1 at the start of each day
Have a firm understanding of Health and Safety
General housing maintenance experience would be advantageous
